MSDE Content Session-Career Connected Learning

Join to hear from MSDE content experts Rita Bradunas and Richard Kincaid as they provide updated information in the area of Career and Connected Learning. By the end of the session administrators will be able to: 

*Describe the purpose, structure, and key components of the Six-Year Plan, including how it supports student-driven academic and career planning. 

*Explain how the Six-Year Plan fits within Maryland’s Career-Connected Learning (CCL) system and supports students in connecting their interests, goals, coursework, and career-connected experiences. 

*Discuss the principal’s role in creating the schoolwide conditions for meaningful Six-Year Plan implementation, including shared ownership, collaboration across staff roles, and ongoing accountability.
