Lisa Landrum-May is an experienced educator and emerging school leader with more than 20 years in public education. She currently teaches English at Westlake High School in Charles County Public Schools and has served in leadership roles including Acting High School Resource Teacher, department chair, mentor teacher, curriculum committee member, and district Implicit Bias Facilitator. She holds Maryland Administrator I certification and is pursuing an Ed.D. in Teacher Administration/Education at Radford University. Lisa is passionate about instructional leadership, teacher development, culturally responsive education, and creating equitable learning environments where students and educators can thrive.
